2020-12-12 at 7:47 AM UTCYeah. this is the US postal service gets saved by having hundreds of millions of Netflix mailing out DVDs like old days. there was something nice about that. waiting for the new movie to arrive. the occasional time you got a movie you didn't order and you went fucking basaltic and smashed things.

No this won't affect Netflix.
What this is about is punishing individuals who stream copyright content on services like youtube and twitch.
This would totally fuck over something like BigscreenVR. -
