   Don't you love living in the Bay Area? Gorgeous weather & great scenery. However, the downside is the lack of variation in the weather, and very high cost of living.

   Weather:
   I think Snow is cool and all but not for more than a week. So I like the 2 Seasons of Wet and Dry to be pretty comforting. people from 4 season areas agree. they fell in love. it's the weather out is great that people stay. beauty of the bay is second.
   
   Rent:
   San Francisco Apartments have dropped /13rd percent because the Pandemic. its not that people got fired. That happened in the first few months. with about 1/3rd of techies being layed off. the other 2/3rds got to keep their Jobs and will get to work from home to save money on officer rents. so they bought homes 50 miles outside of the bay area where homes morgages are less than their rent.
   
   Sellers Marker and Renting Managers nightmare. the trend is reversing.

   Officer rent and /13 was meant to be Office Rent and 1/3rd (obviously?) and Sellers Marker is showing my brain is changing. I been making many spelling mistakes but its like an extra letter is added its discerning to me a bit. I need to really take office classes to workout my brain and type speed. I guess I should go back to working in an office environment with little exercise. or my brain is getting old.
