Just goes to show what a clueless doof that judge is. The electors choose the President, not the voters. That's the difference between a constitutional republic and mob rules democracy. Get a real education, instead of sucking CNN and MSNBC's cocks.

You big mad that Trump appointed judges have been shitting all over team Trump.

Trump appointee US District Judge Brett Ludwig: "I have a very, very hard time seeing how this is justiciable in the federal court. The request to remand this case to the legislature almost strikes me as bizarre."

    😭

Imagine a "judge" so clueless that they actually think the Legislature has no standing in the Constitution, when the Constitution clearly orders the Legislature is the supreme authority on elections. Like a plumber doing your carpentry. Doesn't know a single thing about the law.

Spectral: "I know more about the Law and Constitution than American federal judges."

"I am a sane individual who deserves to be taken seriously."

Giving an opinion on a subject is quite different than performing a job that affects everyone concerning a subject. Nobody should care if a judge has a wrong opinion, but they should care when a judge is doing their job according to their own personal opinion and not the law they were appointed to enforce. You've made no real point.

Also, lolz@ Spectral calling into question Trump's ability to appoint competent judges, therefore calling into question Trump's ability to do his job.

Sadly judges do their job based off of their own personal opinion, like, ALL THE FUCKING TIME. if they didnt, we wouldnt need human judges. Every decision could be made by a robot following a program that simply puts it in the case circumstances and churns out the appropriate sentence.

Instead we have thousands of judges being told what their opinions are or being payed to have certain opinions, and all sorts of people who've commit4d the same crimes doing anything from community service to years in prison, just because of the faggot opinions of the judges ruling over them.

Rulings aren't supposed to based on opinion, they're supposed to be based on facts and law, regardless of what judges "do all the time". Fact.

Which, again, is opinion. Judges let their feelings get in the way of facts all the time. But I guess sometimes maybe it's necessary. Theres a reason laws and status can be so different from state to state, regarding the exact same issues and circumstances.
