trust me. a lot of these people are becoming more conservative and want them out of the fucking city. most of these people arn't people who fell on bad times. they're straight up drug addicts who couldn't give to fucks about anyone but themselves. they don't even know theyre homeless most of the time because they don't even know where they are or who they are but somehow have money to buy heroin or fentinal they think is heroin
