    Going by that we can gauge how ugly someone is based on how many people are repulsed by them, i.e this can be measured by counting sexual partners, girlfriends, friends, relationships in general.

    Most people here aren't virgins and have at least had sex once in highschool or something, or held a girls hand, gone on a date.

    There is only one person here who has never gone on a date in their life, never held a girls hand and doesn't have any friends. That is cock nose. Therefore unless someone can find a better way to quantify "ugliness" that isn't just a personal opinion I believe cock nose fits this description.

    He isn't even ugly, he just has a cock for a nose. But ugly can also mean "unpleasant" which is more important than physical appearance. Cock nose is the ugliest person on NIS because he has had the least amount of physical contact with other humans than anyone else here.
