Not true
the speed of sound varies from around 680mph to 720mph depending on how much sound is bouncing off its waves as well as sun
a bulllet from most cal or guns is less than 500mph
so most victims shot could hear it, the question is, will they process it and probably forget what they heard when hit by it. -
