They aren't even at that stage yet in the investigation. You don't go to court asking for a search warrant and then they ask WELL WHERE'S YOUR EVIDENCE THOUGH??
You get probable cause that a crime has occurred, affadavids, statements and evidence to present in court which can be used to prove and disprove a case based on it's merits.
They are literally out right now getting statements from people, getting it all set up and people are like WELL WHERE'S THE EVIDENCE THOUGH.
There is "no evidence" because there isn't even a fucking court case yet. You will see their evidence and if it's legit when the court case happens.
