   This is dangerous I am in the same kind of head space and It's not well... the rug is slipping from under me.. I feel like something horrific is gonna happen soon. I feel like I should call an ambulance or suicide hotline. You should really get your use under control... We are going to die..

    How do I check my heart rate? I'm pretty young and skinny but I only did a few bumps but I feel SO AWAKE.
    
    I think its been a few days since I slept. I just need sleep its 11:30pm im smoking weed to try and chill out and calm down even though I learned from my drug counselling classes that THC can make a freakout worse.
