He was specifically talking about an organization whose stated intention is to try to help prevent voter fraud and voter suppression. He was not admitting that they’d planned to commit voter fraud as you’ve claimed,

Hopefully now that we won’t have some maniac in office making headlines 5 or 6 times a day, everyone can finally go back to just occasionally bitching about politics but ultimately not really giving a shit. That’ll be a nice change of pace.
