I don't even watch what I eat. My body just knows what nutrition it needs and I eat it. Never been outside 152-165.
It must suck having shitty fat genetics and needing to eat baby plates of veggies so you don't pass out while you try and poorman diet yourself into losing weight.

Had a take out order from a charity plate sale. Turkey,mashed parsnip & stuffing/gravy. Was actually tasty as fuck, would've been excellent if I could've eaten when it was fresh about 5 hours ago lol.

I wish there were cool food festivals and shit here right now.
I love that shit where you walk around and just buy plates of different stuff. I went to one in Switzerland that had over 70 different cuisines represented including Pakistani. Not all of it was good but to be fair even the Pakistani food was not as good as I can cook at home, it's likely those cusiines were not as well represented as they could be. I politely spat out some french seafood into a napkin.

there was so much meat that a bunch just falls out the side and they include a fork. I also like the pickled turnip but these guys used cucumber instead of that.
