   And we were eating dinner after this and it came on the news that there was 200 people (mostly Blacks) gathering outside. basicly a mob of their own.

    It was sarcasm. he thought the bus was in London. but they have these same double deckers in cities like San Francisco and NYC, Seattle ect. but they're usually tour buses and not city buses.
    
    they didn't look at the direction the bus was which clearly shows the driver side is the left side. So it's in the US. that building across the street is a church but it kind of looks like something you would see in the UK.
