    Robert Crumb is a big favorite of mine as well. I think he's from Ohio. Gilbert Shelton (Fat Freddy's Cat, 3 Fury Freak Brothers) last I heard lives in Paris (He's got issues with the States I think) originally from Texas or Louisiana. Both he and Crumb I believe worked at Hallmark in Kansas City (Mo or Ks) I don't remember if they ever met but it seems to be the place everyone goes to work. Perhaps Bakshi worked at Hallmark.

    I know that fury freak brothers project.. it is German I believe. It was trying to get a startup to make it. I believe it's a project nearly 10 years old.. at least 6 years old.
