    No he doesn't. He discredits anything he disagrees with. Like certain FBI/CDC/etc statements,, studies he doesn't like, etc. He thinks he knows what's going on everywhere in the world and there are definitely areas where he knows more than most, but his opinions are all party line right wing conspiracy shit. He is intelligent, but delusional.
