Literally almost every human being on the planet accomplishes this at some point, there is nothing particularly virile or worthy about it. Many non-worthy humans are physically infertile or incapable of having seeds that perpetuate his family name due to inability to draw a mate or having a lower class one that won't bare his name even if they can reproduce. A civilized "worthy" man has the means to attract his mate,reproduce,care for his seeds & honor his bloodline which will carry his surname into future generations. -

You'd be surprised if you polled the crowd here about how they were raised lol. Being worthy is more than just having a "family" you provide the means to be a unit that can produce better human beings for the globe not just breed them & dump them out into the world.
I'm finna do some farmer walks w/ my covid homemade set-up, Lowe's buckets w/ 60# of damp sand in each one & pipe insulator grips, like a boss lol. The neighbors like to see me doing that @ dawn in boxers & slides lol.
After that about 30 minutes/8 miles on the bike w/a 50# plate in rucksack before the rain sets in. -

There is nothing successful about creating another set of not-gonna-invent-shit kids who are ultimately just another carbon net output source.
