Nope. The two are intrinsically intertwined. Joe Biden is a politician. Conservatives claim 'his' legislature hurt the black community, which is a lie but lets assume its not. How are fucking LAWS not systemic racism? If the law is racist, there is a problem with the system that passed it. You people claim democrats are the real racists, so which is it? -
