Or we can look at modern day right wing conservatives, like ISIS. Or Putin. Or Xi Jiping. Kim Jong Un.
Like holy fuck, conservatives have never been on the right side of history. The only path forward is to be a progressive and move towards democratic socialism. Those countries have the best quality of life right now. If I lived in Germany for example I'd be making more, pay less for my healthcare, my rent, etc. Average salary in the US is about 50k USD. In Germany it is about 76k USD. Yes, USD. That's what happens when you write legislation in the name of progress instead of hate.
How anybody can look at America and think that this is something to be 'conserved' is batshit. There's a reason it's mostly older people who are conservatives. It's the elderly who were most adamantly pro slavery, or most adamantly against women's suffrage. Eventually their ideas of what society should conserve died out, and made way for the progressives. The ideas of the young will always win out against the old.
There's a reason young people voted overwhelmingly for Bernie Sanders. Once the Boomers die out, and the Gen X'ers become the new elderly, then we'll see things start to change. Progressive change is just a matter of time. It always is. -

I will say it's a little weird considering they're strange kids, but yeah this is just normal lovey family behavior. There is nothing sexual about touching a kid's shoulders or head or kissing them. Like, I can find similar pictures of Trump. But it's not why I think he's a pedophile.
