2020-10-23 at 4:18 PM UTCI cooked a pork loin on my Emiril air fry rotisserie last night. I also soaked a bag of Great Northern beans overnight. Tonight I'm going to combine the two by cutting up a few slices from the loin and simmring them in the beans. Add some spices and finish it off with a healthy dose of catsup. A cold front is hitting today. My belly will be warm tonight.

It's not unusual to have a quick convenient AND HEALTHY meal for lunch
At home I eat $100 steaks and feed mature tube steak to my illegal Mexican maid. -
