who else remembers all the threads on zoklet where people would post links about class action lawsuits and all you had to do was go to this site and sign up for it and eventually you got a check. I must have got at least $500 over the course of about a year. The checks took a long time to get to me and they were usually made to look like junk mail so you would throw them away but i open all mail so it was a fun surprise finding checks all year from shit head companies.
Anyone know of a site or any links for class action lawsuits a guy can sign up for again

This seems like the kind of thing that somebody who grew up in a mobile home and drank Mountain Dew with breakfast would do.

I still do class action lawsuits.
Fucking kicks ass when out of the blue you get a check and you can't even remember why.

I got a 40$ check from the class action CRT lawsuit. I filed it years ago. Received it like a month ago. I'm like wut, free money. They didn't even require receipts or proof. Nearly everybody is a victim of the CRT industry, as nearly everybody had a CRT monitor at one point in their lives. This was Canada specific, unfortunately the claim date expired last year.

I remember before cell phones the landline wars with all the long distance company's would send out checks for you to switch to their service. I would get a check from AT&T one day and cash it and get another the next day and cash it too.

Oh yes. Not a class action. But here in Canada there was a price fixing scheme on bread. The price of bread skyrocketed twice the rate of inflation. Loblaws, our largest grocer, gave out 20 or 40$ gift cards or something in order to "apologize" for price fixing. Rest of the companies never admitted to it. Bread prices are still sky high, except the off brands. The millionaires made from it are already long gone. What a fucking joke.
