When I started IVing heroin, that was my jam right there.
I pretty much stopped doing oxy's and hydrocodone and all that once I graduated to the needle.
I'll admit, though, that methadone is kinda decent if you take like 100+ml in one go. You don't even have to redose for hours.
A shot of good heroin kicks in much faster, but an hour or two later you're already contemplating your next fix. -

But everyone in my town smokes fent off of their patches of tin foil and they start shuffling around like zombies.
To be honest, I just don't even wanna try it.

compared to oxy it's more of a 'sterile' numbness, you don't get the same sort of warmth and body relaxation -

I used to think that was the case too.
It turns out that the opiate users are outright requesting it now.
It blew my mind when I discovered that.
I'm pretty sure that the fent they're buying is diluted/cut with some inert powder though, because fentanyl is pretty potent in relation to mass. -

It could be.
A lot of these people are pretty stupid though, too.
I feel like a bit of a traitor to my former subculture, but, most druggies aren't all that educated about what they're taking.
Even the dealer's have only the most basic understanding of what they're dealing with.
Heck, I had to narcan one of my town's main dealers after she OD'd on my living room floor.
Whatever it is they're all taking, I'm almost certain it's heroin cut with a small amount of fentanyl for an extra kick.
But they all think they're using JUST fentanyl and NO heroin.
I think they're just completely misinformed. -
