   I haven't lived there in over 25 years. I have no idea what the market is like. I do regret not buying a 25 unit motel right on the strip for $100K back in the early 90's

   Even though I'm in another country I was worried about what I would have to pay for taxes this year (and especially whether I would be audited or not, especially given the stimulus Judobux that were doled out) but after learning a bit about the climate, I'm pretty sure I can finesse myself into getting a rebate then getting EI, then buying a freakin house and getting a rebate for that too. What a country!

   Amazog isn't the only one though, there are several (10-20) large companies that have paid zero tax in the last year or so. I don't remember the others but I know GE was on the list

   Because I wasn't agreeing. You're an idiot. The taxes can get lower. The fact that Amazon paid nothing doesn't negate that. The fact that 20 others did as well doesn't negate that either.
