the precedent is "any woman can withdraw consent anytime, sometimes a decade later and you will go to prison for decades just based on her word. it doesnt matter if she continued having sex with you for years after the fact, it doesnt matter if you have logged texts and conversations of her saying she loves you and giving you nothing but compliments after her alleged rape accusation."
