I Live pretty well within my means even though Im a super baller out of control. Im really seeking to expand my debt and take on a mortgage soon and I can easily do this and it tickles my sphincter. Assets and hoodshit is how u gotta live nigga. You cant take it with you when you die nigga fuck a creditor. My dad told me about how he faked his death to get away from creditors many moons ago. My credit score is decent too.

2020-10-12 at 8:43 PM UTCI'm totally and completely debt free except for my monthly Visa credit card that I pay in full every month. My credit card pays me to use it. My credit score is in the 820s. My house is paid for. My vehicles are paid for. Social Security pays me money every month. I'm actually saving money and not needing to dip into any savings unless a big item like a new vehicle would arise. I buy what I need when I need it and pay it off next month when the bill comes. My big expenses are insurance and property taxes. I don't have a problem paying them except for the whole anger issues over doing so.
Life is good for me.
On the other hand, I have a friend who has refinanced his house numerous times and a wife who doesn't believe in fiscal restraint. They filed for bankruptcy years ago and he is constantly concerned about losing his home. He recently retired and I'm afraid to see how he's doing.
Plan ahead, guys. That day when you're an old codger like me is coming and you need to prepare for it.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

lol no. I do complain to my wife from time to time and she lols at me and then I lol at myself. we hardly ever fight, and when we do there's no yelling or low trash behaviour.

I talk to a few family members. It's not a close family though, it's full of broken relationships between child and parent, which is a shame, but I can only do my bit.
As for my mother and father, it was very much my decision to stop talking to the both of them. I was willing to forgive and forget how they "raised" (and I use the term loosely) me, but in their old age they exhibit the exact same behaviour and lack of introspection or remorse. Life's short and I have to live mine.
I guarantee 100% you would not have made it had you lived my life. You'd be alive, but you'd be broke, drug addicted, and in shitty relationships. You just don't have the cajones.

Your friends wife sounds like the typical woman, always comparing lifestyles to their friends and never ending wishlist or naglist. These are the type that live on social media and care what everyone thinks about them.

It was really just getting his girlfriend to say he died and then forging a death certificate.It was likely easier in those days. My dad has only ever spent a few short periods in jail lasting a few days each time. Wow you're asking a lot of questions about my dad, is that why you are 7 years strong without sex?
