    Yeah like silence of the lambs would count. Anything kind of gory or bleak and hopeless. Goofy 90s nostalgia also scores points.

    Maybe time has just killed the spark for me. That one definitely pioneered some shit, but rewatching it these days it kinda seems stale. Maybe just after an oversaturation of the “found footage” genre

    i watched this today. Beginning looked promising but kinda fizzled out for me towards the end. I liked Devils Rejects or House of 1000 corpses more i think.

    I liked both more, this movie gave me really creepy feelings that kinda terrified me right after watching it, then I was kinda like Nah! It's worth seeing, super weird.
