and in some cities Minimum wage is I believe close to 18.00 an hour. but San Francisco real estate (and surrounding cities) are 2-3 times the nations average. but, interest rates are 2% right now or less. it's insane that a couple making closer to 20 an hour (which is an average pay in the bay area for blue/brown collar work) you cant have 2 people averaging 40 an hour between them to buy a house at least on the outskirt cities of the Bay Area or any major metro. you got it easier. just save for a year for a down. you should get a starter home no problem at all. Such Bullshit you can't get a "House" because they didn't make it easy for you. Interest rates in 1981 was like 15%
adjust it for inflation, dipshit. $3 an hour was worth a lot more in the 1960s than $7.25 is today. also look at the charts netstat posted. -

i didnt say 3 dollars was minimum wage in 1960
in the 1980s it was. the adjustment for inflation is about 40 cents to the dollar. just under 3x
this is also based on california minimum wage.
and there are properties one can find as a fixer upper in cali for under 200k.
its a starter home and you might have to get up at 4am to beat the traffic for 75 miles to work each way. thats how we did it. we lived going out towards sacramento delta region and drove into san francisco.
and were paying 12% interest. so shut your fart hole. -

it doesnt matter if i am or not. this is how its done. its a lifelong venture. u start with a starter home. flip it or slowly flip it by living in it until it goes up in value, then use equity and inch up. takes 30 years of ups and downs.

I tried reading the communist manifesto one time, but Marx is so long winded I just couldn't hold attention span long enough. Most jedis tend to be very long winded - Hayek or Moldbug or Mises, they all love to use a lot of words to express very simple ideas.
