Having lived in the UK for 29yrs and the US for 23yrs..I'm well aware of the differences…my kettle here takes 3 mins to boil..in England it's about 90 seconds.

my water distiller is 110V and from pouring 1 gallon of tap water into it within one minute hevay bubbles start.
youre comparing apple to flying monkeys. the voltage and amperage of the electric service is irrelevant when compared to the rating capacity of the actual appliance and the means it will boil. for example, my distiller has some exotic metal heating element that boils more efficiently than normal heating elements. granted, the thing cost more than $1k...but you get what you pay for. a chinamart special heating element is made from some shit-tier metal that scales faster and isnt as efficient at transferring resistance heat
next lets discuss which is wetter...lake water or pond water. -

They have a retard baby together now.
My best friend (spacepantz) and I both endured this for 3-4 weeks one Spring while we were selling weed and working, made LOTS of money but at the cost of our sanity. Spacepantz is now in a mental hospital, and I'm a recovering meth addict.
