I wonder how much longer it'll take for VR gaming to really take off. By that I mean yearly bug budget AAA games with hundreds of millions of people in VR. Kind of sad it'll take until later in this decade for mass adoption. At least the next five years will still be amazing.
Everquest A decent 90/2000s type combat flight sim, not the toss ones they have now, such as Falcon 3, TFX, Gunship 2000 etc In fact any of the 80s/90s/2000s era Microprose "sims". Eye of the beholder 1 and 2 Ultima underworld 1 & 2 Might and Magic VI Stunt car racer Custer's revenge.

Get an Oculus Quest 2. It's a mobile HMD but also allows you to connect it to a computer for PC VR.

Yeah I was considering that or a Rift S. Rift S being pretty much the most I'm willing to spend on a headset for now. Quest 2 might be a better call since I'm not exactly running a top of the line GPU (GTX 1070), but like... it's also not the worst card in the world either. Eh.
Quest 2 has a higher resolution and numerous other improvements. Getting a rift S would be a waste of money. They already discontinued the rift line and are focused on mobile now.
