Depends who the non-whites are, like rabbitweed said. Like Africans, Mexicans, Asians, etc, all have very different cultures.
If you want to see how this may work, look at Central and South America. Most places there are still run by whites, jedis, and Lebanese. Not well run, but still.
About the biggest thing I have noticed is that when you're a white minority you need to be security conscious - walls, barbed wire, cages on the windows, etc. You never know when Mexican Master Race will decide to jack your shit, and you need to be prepared.
And India will never be a superpower as Indians are by and large more interested in other things than playing "The Great Game" or whatever they call it now with power projection, etc. Like worshipping various things and having festivals and hanging out with family and the like. Nothing wrong with that, but it's not the material you need if you want to build a modern day Sparta.
