in absolute seriousness, if she thinks that these are major, extant issues, why does she believe further cash payments would resolve them?
Black people already have greater access to social programs and funding, scholarships and preferential treatment in terms of employment and education (ie. affirmative action, admission quotas etc.) and these problems still exist - does that not mean it's time to try a different approach? -
