Why did the DNC pit a senile old man against the greatest demagogue our country has ever seen?

So why in God's name did they pit creepy Biden, a man with foot constantly in mouth, a man who can't manage a successful public appearance without the aid of a teleprompter, a man whos naive remarks have alienated black voters everywhere, against the Trump cult?

M8 I'm not saying that it ISNT rigged. It was just an obvious point that both sides do it. I think sometimes people like to forget to conveniently forget that when trying to make that exact point regarding the current president.

I suppose it wouldnt. Basic human nature. I guess that's why people generally either really like their bosses or hate them.
Is it necessary? I dont know. I suppose you're right that end of the day a good chunk of people dislike and hate just because it feels good and not so much because they actually, genuinely dislike someone on a strong emotional level for very specific reasons.
Clearly a lot of people hate on Trump because it's just "the thing to do." Likewise with Obama. Meanwhile half these fuckers maybe pay attention to know about like 1 or 2 headline policies that the media and social media effectively defines as that person's entire being.
It all just seems so cartoonish. Just like the promotion of the debate looked like a goddamn reality tv contest show commercial. And the big takeaway from it all was how they acted more than what they were even saying. Nobody even fucking cares anymore, just blindly defending their side.
I guess everyone is just becoming more and more dug in to their respective sides and that's probably never gonna change. And I'll continue to make fun of both parties for their hypocrisy when I get the chance to. Bevause MYYY party and me arent hypocrites. We are perfect and have all the best ideas and policies for everyone. .
