sickest ive ever been was after binging on MDMA ending up with suicidal depression that wouldnt go away so like a fucking idiot i go tthe idea to shoot up to relieve the pain (never did H before) but i bought bunk so minutes after dosing i was violently throwing up and couldnt get out of bed for days, depression turned manic which was even worse. this lasted for 2 years before i fully got it under control.
i will never forget that hell.

Heroin withdrawal, methadone withdrawal and the flu simultaneously. Lived on the sofa for a month, served people thru a window. Couldnt eat. Water made me vomit. couldnt get high bc the drugs made me start dry heaving and have trouble breathing. lost like 30lb. Day 3 i started throwing up like black ribbons. Idk if it was blood or my stomach lining or some shit but it was gnar. Had a 105 degree fever for the majority of that month.
