It's weird being sober

Here I am, drinking dr pepper, watching a movie while my cat sleeps next to me on the couch.
TBH I could live with this I guess but it just isn't the same as dissociating into a blissful state of drunk euphoria.

I could always meditate myself into an altered state like I used to with music and incense (the smell would add to the mental state) and I probably will return to that routine.

Exercise also helps with my mood and how I feel physically, emotionally and consciously.

Anyways I'm going to return to my movie.

I'm addicted to having an altered state of consciousness
Even before I started drinking I would alter my consciousness through meditation, music and daydreaming.
I just wish there was a way to invoke a strong state of altered consciousness naturally.

See this is why I call you out for being an idiot and normie.
You think I'm delusional or stupid for making a statement such as "Daydreaming alters my consciousness" because you're an NPC that can't look outside you box.
    You've never even tried it.
I used to lay in bed and daydream for several hours, eventually I would start to dissociate and become fully immersed in my imaginary world and in that state I could invoke feelings and states of consciousness at will, it's pretty awesome.
You should try it sometime, or not since you're normie trash.

    I really pity you sudo.
You're not even aware of the possibilities with daydreaming and meditation.
Why do you think I listen to noise, I used to literally trip out listening to Merzbow.
It was very similar to being high on marijuana only I could snap out of it whenever I wanted rather than waiting to come down.

    "you'll cowards don't even daydream"

thanks for the detailed explanation on how to daydream, certainly refuted my previous assertion that you were a bored normie kid unable to graduate high school

I have never even been to high school and I have explained numerous times on this site why I'm a hikikomori.

As for being normie hahhaa, no, I'm so far removed from that.
But what would you know, you think I'm an idiot for claiming you can achieve altered consciousness and dissociation through daydreaming.

It is an interesting psychological case study to listen to his "logic". Its not that interesting but I guess its interesting nonetheless. You can diagnose him after 2 posts and interestingly you can pick 2 of his posts from any point in time, ever, and they're essentially the same.

And speaking of that train of thought.
That's really what I need to get back into rather than consuming poison to enter altered states.
Virtual reality will really help me with that as well.

Like to think that you're not normal, but your 1000s of posts all just say the exact same normal thing. It's sort of fascinating.

Yeah I guess I should go to bars and travel to other countries, so alternative!
Living in virtual reality and using music to dissociate yourself and enter altered states of consciousness is so normal.

Sudo have you ever tried dissociation and altering your state of consciousness through extended and intense daydreaming?
Don't knock it until you try it.

    To dismiss daydreaming is foolish
You become erect by thinking about sex or viewing lewd images, so it goes without saying you can influence other parts of your mind and body with various other stimuli.
It's kind of like self-induced MKUKTRA.
    Think the psychic driving experiments.

And ftr I'm not bullshitting about using daydreaming as an alternative to substances.
If you become good enough at it and your sessions are long enough it can become similar to certain experiences on substances.
Back in my marijuana days it was a lot like when I would meditate to music for several hours or dissociate while daydreaming except with the weed my thoughts became scattered and all the rest that comes with that substance.

One thing about weed that is difficult to recreate with meditation is the sense of immersion like when you're playing a non-vr game and you really feel as though you're inside it.
I'd like to learn how to do that naturally.
