2020-07-19 at 5:48 PM UTCgang violence - caused by drugs being illegal
drug dealers - they are just capitalists
drug possession - ITS ILLEGAL TO OCCUPY THE ADJACENT SPACE TO A SUBSTANCE HURR
theft - most theft is drug related, treat addicts with healthcare instead of prisons and they wont steal
homelessness - can be helped by using prison and police money to treat addiction instead of locking up weed dealers
prostitution - should be legal
all the other things can probably be solved by legalizing drugs also. The laws create these problems -

pretty much this, I had some bullshit dyke cop awhile back pull in front of my car at a redlight that then turned green holding up traffic and got out of her pig car and started yelling at me because I handed my friend (he's homeless) a few bucks. She said she could arrest me for that.
It's not her friend, its not her money, and she's abusing her power.
I had some other faggot cop evidently follow me for several miles and pulled me over saying I didn't use a left turn signal at one point, which im pretty sure is bullshit and had to do 15 hours of community service over it because he showed up to court and they just took his word for it.
Even the people I was working for for community service were like ha, you're finally done I bet you won't ever commit that crime again! and I was like I didn't use a left turn signal supposedly , and they were like really? thats fucked up. -

None of them believe this shit - look at their actions - their revealed preferences. What they say they believe and what they actually believe are two different things. -

I think it comes down to the belief that people are inherently good, and it's systems and power structures that bring out the worst of them -

There was a scene in DS9 when Cisco and others were taking supplies to a position that had been under siege for months on end by dominion forces. His "team" included Quark and his nephew Ensign Nog. Quark sees that Nog has great admiration for the federation soldiers and believes that humans are inherently good.
Upon discovery of this Quark basically tells Nog that humans are beautiful reatures provided there is enough to go around. But if you deprive them of their needs and desires they are more blood thirsty than the most savage Klingon warrior.
This would be 100% true if Klingons were real. But yeah...
We are only good when we have what we need. Otherwise everyone of us is a dick. -
