They should bring back cigarettes because it took the most anal dexterity to smuggle appropriately which is a skill that the prison system has turned their back on. No pun intended.
It should be a man's own private business what he or she is in possession of. It's not like someone is gonna be smuggling in a bomb or gun so really what's the worst case scenario here. Smoking a few cigs also last time I checked is perfectly legal in North America and Europe. But when you go to prison it's illegal???
Seems kinda unfair to me that they sell the shit at literally every store in America but prisons hate capitalism and the exchange of goods for monetary value because it's run by a bunch of communists with the largest shareholder in THE WHOLE SHEBANG FOODS INC and THOSE WEIRD PACKAGED PICKLE THINGS AMERICANS EAT
If you ask me they should be banning that horrible prison Salle junk food and let people get high and drunk instead of fat and lazy.
Fat lazy People don't want to rehabilitate or become a society. They just want to get fat and eat which can lead to more crime because they are too lazy and crime is easy to get away with unless you're fat and can't run fast. Skinny People don't go to jail becoz they can fit their smaller bodies in places the fat donut eating police won't fit
