Notice how when he walks out to the lectern his coat isn't buttoned up at the bottom just mid way so you see his tie sticking out when you should only see it sticking in from the top, pretty sloppy, I mean if you're going to wear the jacket open then theres no problem.. its like the equivalent of people who just tuck in a part of their shirt in the front. The guy can't even dress himself.
