Anecdotal evidence = real evidence. There's a reason there's no such thing as an 'anecdotal study' and self reported data is largely just thrown out, used only as a query to help fund future study that actually has merit.
I don't know what makes you think they're associated with BLM. Their only action is taking advantage of chaos and using that for personal gain. Everybody wants to destroy and loot shit deep inside. Who doesn't want free shit and a free outlet for destruction? People literally pay to go into rooms and smash stuff. I don't see what it has to do with BLM.
BLM is not even a single group. People act like they are, like it's a single message. It's not. Like anti-fa, it is a bunch of people with a bunch of different messages. You'll note that not while a lot of rioting/looting has been organized, none of it has been connected to some larger agenda like you Republicants seem to think.
In the end some people will always abuse chaos, and a big enough protest will always bring chaos. It doesn't matter what the cause is. But if you look at history, the rioting following protesting is very often used as an excuse to demonize the opposing political force. That's what Republicans are doing right now. By labeling every rioter as BLM, they have made people see the whole of BLM as some sort of criminal organization that is somehow racist. People watch videos online, or on the news, and think every single person is like that.
Of course when pushed, people like you will pretend to be rational. "OF COURSE it's not every person, what do you think I am, stupid?" But yet here you are claiming BLM this, BLM that, BLM did these things. None of it is true. BLM didn't do shit. The only singular message people who support BLM actually get behind, is that there is a massive problem with police brutality in this country, which effects minorities disproportionately.
If that's something you disagree with then I don't know what the fuck to say to you. I just want a country that lives up to first world standards, with cops that have actual liability for their actions. -
