'they' dont need drugs to do it. there are literally millions of potential victims that dont need to be zombie-drugged to be an ideal victim. yes, traffickers use drugs to control their victims almost 100% of the time, but the drugs most commonly used are opiates, cocaine, and meth.
i assure you...it is financially more sound as well as easier to pay for a willing subject than risk the financial and legal issues that arise from unwilling victims.
