I earn 250% gross income now than in 2014 when I started my career

2020-09-10 at 2:55 AM UTCI'm pretty happy with this progression.
Back in 2013 I was at rock bottom. Hadn't had sex for years, was living with my family who I hated, no job, no degree.
Soy came to visit and encouraged me to finish my degree. In late 2013 I had sex again which caused Nelson Mandela to die. I graduated early 2014, and got my first real job a few months later.
This being NIS I'm sure some of you will tell me how you earn 10 times more money than you did half an hour ago, or shit on me because you think I'm flexing. I'm not even flexing, I'm just so pleased I've made progress because for most my adult life I was pretty sure I'd be a complete loser or kill myself. -

If you having sex killed Nelson Mandela you should be hanged by the neck until dead for not having sex in 1989 before he got out of prison. -

2020-09-10 at 4:52 AM UTCWell done, OP. Not only did you have the drive and determination to improve, but you formed a plan and successfully executed it. Harness that energy and keep going with new goals. You got this.

2020-09-10 at 5:27 AM UTCYou've met Mr. Soy? That's a happy story. Finishing your degree helped you get on the right path, I'm glad to hear that. I'm finishing a degree right now that I don't see much use for but I honestly enjoy the field of econ because I'm autistic and realized it's the best way to persuade people into doing things you want.
Don't get complacent young man, keep striving for a better tomorrow. You seem focused and in a good lifestyle. What would you say your secret is? -

Soy is a cool dude. I don't remember much anymore. We rode bicycles and delivered walnuts to a greek monastery in the hills. We took a train to a garden and soy ate some mushrooms he found there and then on the train back he he was really talkative and was chatting up wimmenz. What would you say your secret is?
Building wealth is kind of like levelling up in an RPG, it gives you a little dopamine rush each time you pass some milestone. Even more than finding diamonds in minecraft.
Also I'm terrified of becoming poor again, and want a decent house and to be able to retire. -

I meant staying focused and in a good lifestyle. I'm pretty good at accumulating wealth, just not staying in a good lifestyle. -

Holy crap, I think I remember this, barely. It was only like 2 women, and I only took a tiny bite of amanita, but I was doing the PUA thing. I was surprised by how well it went.
I later ate about a half amanita, and felt like demons were torturing me all night long.
I glad that me visiting you had some positive effect. I was pretty happy to have a degree, and I was all like "yeah, having a degree is great". I didn't really use it though, I didn't find accounting related work in your country due to the recession and natural prejudice against immigrants, and even after returning home I only worked in accounting for a short while before going into IT. Still, just having the degree is a huge benefit. As you get handed that piece of laser printed, robo-signed nonsense you go from 0-100 instantly. -
2020-09-10 at 4:03 PM UTCSo... hard work and discipline do pay off?
What would be a good way to help with self discipline? I'm kinda unwound I would think maybe correcting my sleep would be a good place to start. -
