He can use that money to buy land cheap, sell it for a profit, and wash rinse repeat until he has 1.8 million. That is really not that much money.

So what state is the 40 acres in? is it flat and former farmland or is it like 10 acres is a swamp and 20 acres is kind of flat and the rest on a hill you have to do weed abatement twice a year? -
