Your ability to understand the noises that go in your ears is worse than your ability to understand what you read. He didn't tell people to vote twice. He told them to make sure their vote wasn't stolen. He said if the received a mail-in ballot they didn't ask for (unsolicited) to fill it out and send it in early. Then he told them if that vote didn't get tabulated by election day to go vote at the polls. He then said if the mail-in ballots was tabulated way late that election officals would see they had already voted in person and not count the mail-in ballot. In no way to he try to get people to cast two votes each for him. You are nearly as stupid as Wariat. -
