    I am literally connected to the last pole on the line for electric. I don't know if there is a phone line on the pole. I know there is not cable on it.

    I'm unironically going to get a landline but it'll probably be voip.

    I really dislike smartphones and as for cellphone it's useful but I don't go outside often enough to warrant having one.

    I just got a new bernie today. They're horribly addictive and mind numbing, terrible in so many ways but convenient in so many too. If I could go without I would and I hope so someday get there but I am nowhere having that happen. Responsibility begets giving up personal freedom and phones come with that.

    Yep, a thing that fits in your pocket, has an 8+ hour battery life under heavy use and has 90% of the functionality of a desktop PC is a bad thing according to NiS.

    You realise some of us use desktop PCs for more than just porn and social media, right?
