i might be wrong but pedophile is 12 and under. paedophilia is 13-16 and statutory rape is 17 if she didnt consent by signing an agreement or is videotaped saying she consents.
it depends on state laws in usa but different ages in other countries.
there is also a 5 year difference in age between the parties involved. -
