Anyway, the US Marshals have deputized the state police ostensibly in an effort to give them federal arrest powers which effectively bypasses the DA, who has been either declining to prosecute or allowing rioters to be bailed out at bargain basement prices.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I think it's related to this release; most of the people showing up in the FBI/DOJ's twitter feeds are from here so I assume they're just moving down the list. Dunno why they publicly released the charges almost a week before carrying out arrests though -

I looked for totse and zoklet on DoJ site and nothing is there.
if you look on USA.gov you actually get pdf files pulled off of totse as information. and there are tons of them. even Arron Swartz wrote 2 pdf articals about totse.
