    You and Chell seem like good tenants, I'd try to find a rental via local networks as opposed to online. Maybe even advertise looking for landlords. I'm sure lots of people local to you would love to have you guys staying at their property.

    Im trying to pay my debt down but i can't find a stamp to send them payment and I keep getting charged late fees.

    Fuck them.
    They show all the apartments whether they are for rent or not.
    And all search results are buried under "sponsored listings"
