    I hope so. I hear the states self-defence laws are strict and there is no stand your ground but there is a duty to retreat. Although looking at the videos Kyle certainly did everything he could to retreat.

    I don't think he was shooting indiscriminately and I don't understand how that can be said after watching the video.

    His first shot was after being knocked down and was aimed at the guy that just kicked him in the head. It looks like his second shot is at the same guy.
    His third shot is at the skateboarder after he was attacked by him.
    His last shot is to fuck up the arm of the guy who tried to execute him.

    He then gets up and heads to the area with the police in to turn himself in.

    This is the furthest thing from indiscriminately shooting. I am actually amazed at his control and fire discipline. 4 shots all fired with purpose and without excess. That is better than most cops.

    If he was on the antifa side and took the exact same actions people Technologash and Fairy Larry (I bet was called that in his school years) would defend his actions as vehemently as they are now criticizing him now.
