why do people make such a big deal about using pint glasses after being attacked or jumped or to protect people?

So if you take him down and say the glass breaks and cuts both you and him it is somehow gbi or great bodily injury? same thing if someone is holding a pint would you seriously start shit with them over a seat or try to punk them and not expect them to use it or the potential to use it especially if you got physical? Ok lastly, why start shit in a bar full of so many edges and weapons? Shouldn't such a person receive no sympathy? Even if someone gets punched than grabs it I mean if the other guy was the shit starter Im saying.

He then stood there looking at me then punched me almost knocking me out. And I never remembered for sure if I held the glass the whole time then hit him as I saw the half moon form around me (plus Im no a bitch so if I walk out I would look weak there) or if I grabbed one off the table but I hit him once and all of a sudden one of his buddies and liers and witnesses against me (I think it was burdock whose testimony I may post next to the PI) threw me from the side so he was the whole time waiting for me to fight back or react. But I put my knees up so he couldn't mount me. Thats basically it I left got out of there I was coming down from the flu and couldn't run and I realised I was at a one way or almost dead end street after a while that same guy who threw me with a cowboyy moustache came out looking for me getting others involved.
Yeah, sucks he wasn't more friendly. It sounds like you would have preferred to talk it out. -

I take it very personally when someone treats me badly or when women reject me so I usually almost never approach them or talk to them except when really drunk or they are just my type and Ill usually just give small compliments until they talk to me fully.

He didn't say hey I was sitting there earlier bro you mind but like you're in my seat like it belongs to me and you're nothing shit. After I came back from Poland and got into it with two dudes at the same time that's why I just brushed him back plus he wasn't really a physical threat to me.
