Some dickhead flashed lights out of nowhere. Wtf? Minimal traffic on the street. What a complete dolt. I do this sometimes at this one intersection, how tf does he know you weren’t about to go into the location and forgot you left your bank card or had an emergency something and you just pulled out?!
