They have to be one of the most incompetent powers ever. A state that large, with that many people, and that much economic potential performing so badly at everything. They were so proud of overtaking Japans economy 10 years ago, where as they should be deeply ashamed of not overtaking the economy of the US. And they cannot do diplomacy at all. -

China had huge problems back when Mao was in charge, and all the things he and his cabal (which included people like General Luo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jakob_Rosenfeld) did.
After Mao China went through an insular, heavenly kingdom phase, similar to the Soviet Union as it was recovering from Stalin (which included people like his Minister for health with especial interest in little goy children, Lavrenti Beria).

I'm pretty sure China has overtaken the US economy, it's just that the US debt bubble will take decades to collapse.
And almost no one hates China, whose business is business, but half the world hates America, whose whole business is not minding their own business.

Maybe partially true. Lukashenko has become rather unpopular as of the last few years specifically for the way he's been handling 'elections' and the fact that he runs a very effective police state.
Nearby NATO-friendly countries like Poland and Ukraine have been stirring up trouble but, contrary to popular belief, he has not maintained friendly relations with Russia and has been relying on his own KGB to keep order.
A lot of the protests and riots are organic but I have no doubt certain elements are trying to take advantage of them.

As I understand it the government was allowed to become extremely corrupt over time and especially so under Hariri, the previous (Saudi-owned) president. Aoun might've tried to fix things but it was too little, especially after the country's primary port detonated.
Given that the explosion has put ongoing food supplies in serious jeopardy, people are going to be far more concerned with staying fed than ideologies and politics for a while.
