how do u balance working out with alcoholism?

    I am into both lately. i am not willing to give up beers or going out not being stuck at home alone with no family nothing no pussy women etc. and just sitting with my recent motivation to go to the gym, possibly start mma again, running swimming due tow arm wewther wt the fleshnet kicking trifks at a park etc. how domu galance these tow powers?

    Gotta cut the drinking down to like weekends only but if that's not feasible get a good pre-workout powder w/ amino acids,creatine & caffeine to take the alcohol sludge off for energy/motivation.

    I use the cheap Walmart powder, it's good.

    First Of all you have to eat good.
    By that I mean lots of protein and good fats.
    Fish oil is good,eggs eat lots of eggs and supplement with a multi B vitamin.
    Help your liver with some milk thistle extract,shit works.
    Fiber its important I eat like shit but when I take a dump it's always a big one.
    Foot long poops can be achieved with ingesting large amounts of psyllium husk,you can't take too much of the stuff.
    Just don't be a dummy.
