Some may be mad af about it, but I see and hear more complaints about systemic racism due to slavery. I didn’t see anyone protesting against slavery, but I did see them protesting being treated like 2nd class citizens. -

This is not my opinion, the former president of Haiti admitted to this. They built only 900 homes in Haiti and received over 14 Billion in donations? They aimed to build 15,000 which is still very low for that type of money but couldn't even break 1,000?
They do not care about the people of Haiti that is for sure. All they care about is their pay to play practices and washing and hiding the money. It is really sad.
Even her own daughter Chelsea is profiting off of this scam. She had a wedding ranging from 2-5 Million Dollars! All paid for through donors of the foundation. Bill Clinton denies this now however it was exposed in their e-mails that the money for her wedding would be taken from the foundation.
Chelsea at one time owned over $16,000,000. How could she own that much real estate? Her husband? Her husband opened up a private equity company and lost 90% of his investors money on their first investment. I don't know how he could afford that. His own father went to jail for bank fraud and stealing 10M from people.
You know, with business and investing. Its always best to do things the right way, never take short cuts. Never screw people and risk your reputation. They have been in the public spotlight for decades and their actions have destroyed a legacy that could have been built.
Remember this when you invest in real estate, when you take on a business partner or start your own charity or foundation. Ethics matter. Stand beside people and treat them how you would want to be treated and you will see them come back time and time again.
My father once told me, John do right by someone they will tell 1 person, do wrong by them and they will tell 10.
That being said, now is the time to learn about real estate and real estate investing. I think we will see a very big real estate and stock market crash soon. The government can only print money for so long, people can only stay home for so long. Eventually when this is all over we will see everything unravel. If I were a betting man I would be that after elections we will see things slowly fall apart.
After all, if you were the president would you want to see the economy fall apart right before you were up for re-election or would you try to hold everything off until you secured victory?
