Edit, a good strategy(aside from the acceleration of the already prevalent moral decay and corruption) is to make it impossible for the US military to meet it's recruitment goals. This can be done in many ways. One effective method is to make sure nobody feels safe joining the US military, especially on US soil.

In my experience whyte people tend be less racist than other races or at least here since I live in austin. The fact that most countries are even having this discussion is absurd. Before most white countries started bringing in ship loads of brown immigrants in the 60's and 70's, the public should've been consulted. Had the simply held a referendum "do you want mass immigration". If the answer was "no", most white countries wouldn't even have racism in their vocabulary. Kinda like Japan. There's not much discrimination because there's not many non-Japanese people there.
